I wonder how many people realize just how many hours of work and effort of his own time that Sam had to spend to organise his Hoopsfix Classic.

This, in addition to the time he has to spend running the EABL and trawling through hours and hours of video, news publications, etc. etc., to enable him to produce this web site, so that the whole of the basketball community get to know what is happening in our sport.

I just hope he does not get married !!!! (?)

Looks like a great event, great job by hoopsfix yet again. Next year can it not clash with international training camps and not be on Father’s Day though??

Of course, will do my best. The Father’s day thing was completely my bad – didn’t realise until a week or so before that it clashed! NT team training camps was unavoidable unfortunately – I was in extensive talks with both England U18s & GB U20s (they were both mean to be playing, originally), but it never came to fruition. You gotta realise – both of them did not have their dates set for training camp until literally two weeks before; I was booked in 3 months in advance, not a lot I can do about that.

That’s weird, Camps for U18’s are set out at the beginning of the year….

Warwick Cann is of no help to anyone, least of all English basketball. Far too old fashioned and out-of-touch..
