Thursday 23rd December
Ogo Adegboye came up clutch, sinking a 3 pointer with 20 seconds remaining to force overtime, but it wasn’t enough as Virginia Tech edged St. Bonaventure 76-68 in overtime on Thursday night. Ogo Adegboye played 45 minutes, finishing with 17 points, 4 assists and 4 steals going 6/12 from the field (4/9 threes and 1/1 at the line).

South Carolina State suffered a 90-73 loss to Longwood, despite a strong game from Joe Ikhinmwin in the Las Vegas Classic. Ikhinmwin had 13 points and 7 rebounds in 28 minutes, shooting 6/10 from the floor and 1/1 at the line.

Portland State got a 73-53 nonconference victory over Utah Valley. Paul Guede had 6 points and 4 steals in 22 minutes on 2/3 shooting (1/1 at the line).

Washington State held on to upset No. 15 Baylor 77-71 in the semifinals of the Diamond Head Classic. Chris McNamara registered a DNP.

SIU-Edwardsville beat Citadel 59-55. Morakinyo Williams registered a DNP.

Oral Roberts past Rice 80-78 on Thursday in the final round of the Las Vegas Holiday Hoops Classic. Mikey Manghum registered a DNP.

Texas State defeated Appalachian State 79-68 in the Cancun Governor’s Cup. Ryan Kilmartin registered a DNP.

Friday 24th December
East Tennessee State got a 79-51 victory over former Southern Conference rival Appalachian State on Friday at the Cancun Governor’s Cup. Ryan Kilmartin registered a DNP.

Saturday 25th December
Butler got an 84-68 victory over Washington State in the championship game of the Diamond Head Classic on Saturday night. Chris McNamara registered a DNP.
