After Durham dispatched of  Westminster in the Patron’s Cup final, the London Mets and Manchester Magic took to the floor to play for the Men’s National Trophy.

Despite the return of star American guard Brandon Kimbrough, it was more heartbreak for Manchester Magic, as they lost another final, this time to London Mets, 80-73.

Arturo Noha was named MVP of the game with a 21 point, 11 rebound double double performance. He was backed up by a perfect game on the floor from Courtney Van Beest who had 13 points on 6/6 shooting, 6 rebounds, and 2 steals.

The Magic were led by Stefan Gill who looked unstoppable at times finishing with 31 points and 7 threes (5 of which were in the third quarter, at one point hitting three straight).
