Will Neighbour Heads to Sweden After Leaving Oviedo

Will Neighbour has joined Swedish first-division side LF Basket as an injury replacement after leaving Oviedo last week.

The former GB U-20 player was forced to miss the first few months of the season with a shoulder injury and proceeded to average 4.7 points and 2.5 rebounds per game in 11 outings in Spain’s LEB Gold.

Despite his pre-existing injury, Neighbour signed his first pro deal with Oviedo prior to the start of the season having graduated from UARL.

LF Basket are mid-table in the Basketligan standings with a 15-8 record so far.
