Great Britain have finalised their 12-man roster for next week’s Under-20 European Championships with Luke Mascall-Wright the last cut made by Head Coach Douglas Leichner.
The GB U20s recently competed at a tournament in Spain, picking up a win over Poland before suffering defeats against Belgium and Spain.
They returned to the UK to round off their preparations at training camp in Colchester, where Hoopsfix caught up with the team. The squad flew out to Italy this morning with the tournament starting on Wednesday.
Mascall-Wright was part of the squad that claimed an 11th place finish in Division A last summer, and was part of the recent roster that played in Spain, but he makes way for the returning Pharroh Gordon, who missed the tournament due to an ankle injury.
Captain Luke Nelson was rested for the prep tournament, but returned to action on court in a recent exhibition against Barking Abbey.
