Fahro Alihodzic to Start Pro Career in Hungary After Manresa Deal Expires

British-Bosnian centre Fahro Alihodzic has joined Hungarian top division side Kaposvari KK to begin his professional career following a brief spell in Spain.

The 25-year-old University of Alabama Birmingham graduate had penned a one-month contract with Liga Endesa outfit Manresa, but the short-term deal was not extended.

Alihodzic worked out with Great Britain National Team coaches during summer after finishing his college career with 8.8 points and 6.3 rebounds in his final year (highlights).

Kaposvari begin their league campaign on 10th October and will look to improve upon last season’s 5th place finish in the A-Division with the addition of Alihodzic.
