Quiet Night for Brits in the NCAA, Roundup 22/02/10

Not a busy night last night as only 3 Brits were in action, check out how they did below..

Ben AllisonBen Allison (6′9, 220lbs, F, Sophomore, West Sussex) Davidson Wildcats
Chattanooga defeated Davidson 78-73 on Monday night, snapping a five-game losing streak. Ben Allison registered 15 minutes off the bench, struggling with his shooting touch going 1/4 from the field and 0/2 at the line to finish with 2 points, adding 3 rebounds and 1 block.

Davidson Wildcats are now 14-14 (9-7 Southern).

Hugh Barnett Arkansas Pine Bluff

Hugh Barnett (6′9, 265lbs, F/C, Senior, London) Arkansas Pine-Bluff Golden Lions
Arkansas-Pine Bluff defeated Texas Southern 57-53 in overtime Monday night. Not good news for Hugh Barnett though as he registered another DNP.

The Golden Lions now stand at 12-14 (12-3 SWAC).

Kene AnusionwuKene Anusionwu (6′8, 215lbs, F/C, London) Bethune-Cookman Wildcats
Bethune Cookman Wildcats held off Howard 52-44 last night, snapping a four-game losing streak. More bad news for the Brits as Kene Anusionwu did not get off the bench, registering a DNP.

The Wildcats are now 15-13 (7-7 MEAC)

To Summarise..

Three Brits in action and 2 of them were DNP’s, not a good night for the Brits.
