Great Britain guard Ogo Adegboye is returning to Greece after a signing a short-term contract to play for A1 side Aris BC, the club has announced.
The 27-year-old has penned an initial one-month deal to replace injured American Torey Thomas – having been without a club since the end of last season. At Nea Kifisia, Adegboye featured in 22 games, averaging 4.6 points per game with a 3-point shooting percentage of above 45.
Adegboye has been a regular member of the GB Senior Mens side, but was absent during this summer’s 2015 EuroBasket qualification campaign.
Aris expect their new point guard to arrive in Thessaloniki tomorrow (Wednesday) morning.
