Hoopsfix & Molten Sports Join Forces

Hoopsfix has agreed a sponsorship deal with leading basketball manufacturer Molten Sports, through to the 2015 Hoopsfix All Star Classic.

The agreement, which started before the inaugural Hoopsfix All Star Classic on Sunday June 15 at Brunel University, sees Molten become the official ball supplier of Hoopsfix.

The collaboration will see Molten products being used for all Hoopsfix events and bespoke video productions, as well as competitions on the website and further activations over the course of the year.

“I’m really pleased to have got this deal in place,” said Sam Neter, owner of Hoopsfix.

“Molten products are of excellent quality, and the support they provided on our first event was amazing – the game balls (GG7) were really well received by the players and coaches, reinforcing to me they were the right brand to choose.

“I hope it will be the first step of really helping to take Hoopsfix to the next level over the coming months and years.”

Jessica Lowy, Marketing Manager for Molten said:

“The Hoopsfix All Star Classic is not only a fantastic celebration of British Basketball but also a platform to raise the profile of the game. We are very pleased to support events such as this to help the growth of Basketball in the UK.
The flagship event at Brunel University this June was a great success, and we look forward to working closely together in the future.”

Hoopsfix is the UK’s largest basketball website, receiving over 40,000 visitors per month while providing news, videos and views on both the British and overseas game.

Molten, world renowned for the exceptional quality of its ball products and advanced technical know-how, is the official game ball for all of FIBA’s international events worldwide through to 2016, and has a heavy presence in the UK, providing balls for the BBL, BUCS and British Basketball.
