Notes from Day 1 (what I caught of it-final 3 games)..Was pretty good. RAW talent. Mesmerized by how big everyone was despite being only u18 level. Spain are early favourites are whooping both games they played (beat England by 40). England don't look like they stand a chance, losing to Poland by 10 (score doesn't reflect the game at all) and Spain by 40. Three huge highlights-Italian putback dunk on England, Ryan Richards facial on Spain and Spain facial on England...video will be coming soon as always
. 2 Halfcourt buzzer beaters were made in the same game. Ryan Richards has the potential to be the next great British baller. Italy's starting PG is ridiculously smooth with the ball..would be interested to find out what level he is playing at back home. All the European (non-British) teams look extremely well drilled and are playing beautiful team basketball. I'd recommend getting down for tomoz and Sunday if around Kingston area-at Kingston college, games start at 4pm.

Day 2- Day started off with England vs Richmond (the local college team that is entered). England looked like an entirely different team to begin with playing with a lot more energy and fight. I wonder whether that is because they actually believed they could win? Ended up taking the game by 20. Spain vs Israel was second game, money was on Spain after their dominant performance yesterday and they came through. Israel have got a PG that looks and plays astonishingly like Britain's own Kamran Khataian. Poland vs Italy was final game of day-I thought Italy were gonna blow them out, but Poland went up quickly by 10. Italy fought back and it was tight all the way through. Game came down to the final 2 minutes with some CLUTCH plays (might just upload whole last 2 minutes), to my surprise Poland came out on top.
Not as an eventful Day 2 apart from the final game, hoping today brings more.
