How to join BBL

Hey I'm interested in how the BBL works. I am considering trying out for some teams. I play in the US regularly but I have no professional experience. What are my chances? how would it work.
I am 6'2' with a 34 inch vertical and a decent ball handing(I am working to be great)

Need to contact the teams directly. With game tape, and a basketball CV. Contrary to popular belief, you do actually need to have done more than just played basketball regularly recreationally lol.

Being 6'2" with a 34 inch vert and good ball handling skills means nothing.

Thanks for the advice, I know that just playing recreationally doesn't cut it but I've played against Division 1 college athletes when I played. What is a CV and how would I send game tape/contact the teams? Thanks

What's the highest level you've played at? There are some DII and DIII players in the BBL but most Americans in the league have played Division I ball in college (despite what Deadspin says!).

thanks for the reply Matt, I don't actually have game experience playing division 1 and my experiences only come from playing against some Division 1 players at open gyms and tryouts. I know I'm stretching it here but I'm just confident that I have the physical tools(i'm able to keep up with some of the best athletes. The only thing I lack may be the mental aspect gained from years of playing in real games. I know I am a quick learner though. btw do you know how I could send some game tape maybe of myself shooting or just doing some drills or something?

You are wasting your time

If you have not played college basketball you will not meet england basketballs requirements for the issuing of a work permit

Therefore you cant have a job in the BBL.
