If they get the funding, could it be game over for the BBL? Planning to launch November 2010..exciting times for British basketball..They seem damn serious...going HARD!

I hope to God the BBA is going to kick off and be something big!

It's just what Britain needs to increase popularity in the sport and gain some attention.

However, I do not want it to be filled with tonnes of overseas players. I would like to see home grown players, showcase the UK's talent!

If this does go through, its going to be exciting stuff, i know i'll be going to a lot of games! I haven't seen the full article yet because you have to sign up but i'll have a decent read of it soon.

Damn talk about bumping an old thread! Haha..this was like a year ago...yeah they didn't make their 2010 launch...2011 is the new one set-if you didn't see the interview I did with Ron Scott check it out
