England U18s Defeat Greece to Move to 2-0

England Under-18s got their second consecutive win at the Torneo Internazional Valle D’Itria in Italy, as they defeated Greece 73-58 to move to 2-0 in the tournament on Friday night.

Following on from an impressive opening day victory over Italy, Luke Nelson had 19 points to lead all England scorers, whilst Mo Soluade had 17, Tyrell Isaacs 10 and Kingsley Okoroh added 7.

Steve Bucknall’s side will finish the tournament on Saturday when they take on Ukraine, who they will also meet in Group D at the European Championships in a couple of weeks.

The Division A European Championships begin on the 18th July in Latvia, where England will open up against Turkey to tip off their campaign.
