England Under-18s moved to 3-0 on Day 2 at Future Stars with convincing victories over Bosnia & Herzegovina and Sweden at Surrey Sports Park, Guildford.
In their opening game of the day, a dominant second half led to a 64-47 victory over Bosnia & Herzegovina. Luke Nelson led a balanced scoring effort from England with 11 points, Mo Soluade added 9 whilst Dwayne Orija finished with 8.
Bosnia & Herzegovina were led by 15 points from Ivo Garic and 11 from Predic Milenko.
After a two hour break, their second game of the day saw England dominated Sweden on the way to a 76-55 victory. The Under-18s held Sweden without a score for the first 7 minutes 12 seconds of the game, and saw their lead balloon to as many as 30.
Tyrell Isaacs had 14 to lead England, Mo Soluade and Luke Nelson added 12 each, whilst Kingsley Okoroh finished with 10 to join them in double figures. Marhusson led Sweden with 14 points.
“I thought our defence was exceptional,” said assistant coach Karl Brown at the end of the day. “Our rotations were good and we’ve got build up our wall defensively to be successful in Europe; we were the best defensive team last year in the B Division so we’re looking to try to do that in the A Division as well.”

Bosnia & Herzegovina beat London United 66-55
Haris Curevac had 15 to lead Bosnia & Herzegovina, with Aleksandar Lazic adding 14. Andy Tamayo had 21 to lead London United, with Elvisi Dusha adding 14.
Game 2
Croatia beat Sweden 88-74.
P. Marinelli had 22, K Zganec had 16, whilst D. Jelener finished with 15 for Croatia. Ludde Hakanson had 19 for Sweden, J. Lofberg had 16.
