adidas have already dropped the promo trailer, and today saw Episode 1 of ‘The Return of Derrick Rose’ – chronicling his comeback from the season-ending injury he sustained in the playoffs.
In his own words, D Rose shares his innermost thoughts leading up to last season’s playoffs, through the injury and beginning of recovery. From lying in the MRI machine and bringing out the ball for the next game in front of his hometown, to awaiting surgery and accepting the challenge of the return, Derrick shares his own point of view. His words are accompanied by exclusive footage of the days and weeks following his injury and surgery, and his first recovery workouts. “Belief” is inspired by Derrick’s drive to return to the court and personal attitude to his achieve his ultimate goal- to be great.
