Pops Mensah-Bonsu captured his third title of the season on Monday night, as Besiktas beat Anadolu Efes 80-76 to win the TBL Finals series 4-2.
Mensah-Bonsu had 10 points, 8 rebounds and 1 block on 4/6 shooting in the final game, averaging 11.1 points, 7.1 rebounds, and 1.8 blocks in the finals series, on a ridiculous 68.4% shooting (26/38). The championship, Bestikas’ first in 37 years, can be added to the Turkish Cup which he won in February, and the Eurochallenge title in May.
After the game Pops took to Twitter to show off the enormous trophy, simply stating “CHAMPIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

The win caps off an impressive season for the London but there will be little rest for the GB star as training camp in Houston opens on June 14, giving him approximately 2 days off before his Olympic journey is expected to begin.
