Wolves Sneak Past Raiders

by Sam Neter on February 7, 2010

The Worcester Wolves snuck past the Airwaves Plymouth Raiders 84-80 yesterday.

The Wolves were hot from behind the arc throughout the game finishing with thirteen 3′s. It appeared as though they had sealed the win in the fourth quarter, as they forced their way out to a 16-point lead with 7 minutes remaining but the Raiders wouldn’t go down without a fight.

Florentino Valencia led Plymouth in scoring with 19, whilst Rod Middleton had 22 for Worcester.
