There was another Battle of the Brits showdown last night with Lancashire centre Liam Potter’s Sacred Heart going up against London forward Raheem May-Thompson’s Quinnipiac.
It was no contest in the end with Quinnipiac coming out on top 86-71, however Potter won the individual battle finishing with 15 points (6/13 from the field, 3/5 at the line), 2 rebounds and 1 block in 27 mins of action. May-Thompson saw little action, finishing with 1 rebound in just 2 minutes of play.
SHU now stand at 12-10 (5-6), whilst Quinnipiac are 15-7, (9-2 Northeast Conference)
