The Marshall MK Lions overtook Glasgow Rocks to third place in the table last night at the Greenbank Academy with a 107-91 drubbing of Everton Tigers.
The Lions were up by as much as 20 going into the fourth quarter, and despite a final Tigers comeback with a 12-3 burst, it wasn’t enough as MK sealed it from the free throw line.
Frank Holmes top scored for the Lions with 29 pts, backed up by EJ Harrison with 25, whilst Everton were led by Trey Moore and Jerome Gumbs with 22 a-piece.
