Eric Boateng had one of his best games of the season last night but came up short to former Duke roommate Jamal Boykin and the California Golden Bears, 78-70.
Boateng a 6’10, 245lbs Senior, finished with 19 pts and 13rbs for Arizona State in the PAC-10 Conference affair, but couldn’t overcome Boykin’s career high 25pts and 10rbs, who he shared a room with at Duke before transferring.
The London boy finished a blistering 9/15 from the field and added 2blks and 1ast in his 32 minutes.
ASU now stand at 14-7 (4-4) after back to back home losses.
